We got a nice size room with a good heater. The hotel's staff was helpful.

The location is great and handy, 10 minutes' walk to Dunedin Botanic Garden. It is located near to pizza restaurants and a stadium. The rooms are tidy here with Sky TV and need met, as for instance.

Staying at the hotel was fine, I would stay here again. The property had indeed a really handy location happy to' go the extra yards' to be helpful. It was also really close to university and town centre and a café down the road. The helpful and caring staff accommodated all the needs.

The Alhambra Oaks Motor Lodge is ideally located near the university, making it easy to walk into town. The spacious room was comfortable and I loved having car parking right outside the door. The owner was incredibly friendly and provided great recommendations for nearby restaurants. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

There was some noise from university students playing on the nearby rugby fields until late at night, but the proprietors couldn't control that.

The hotel was very clean and had great facilities. The parking was convenient and the location was close to everything. We had many awesome restaurants close by. The rooms were small in comparison to other accommodations we stayed at, but they had a closet. The staff was friendly and helpful.
